The Wikipedia graph incorrectly combined her 11 Billboard Awards with her 16 Billboard Magazine Year-End Number One Awards and her 7 Billboard/Tanqueray Sterling Music Video Awards. They are all separate awards. The Magazine Year-End awards and Billboard/Tagueray awards overlapped with the main Billboard awards and were discontinued because they generated confusion.
