Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock are officially divorced.
Now new details have arrived in what their settlement is.

In new documents obtained by The Blast, it has been learned that ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ host will have to pay Blackstock a one-time, tax-free payment of $1,326,161 million in addition to monthly child support.
As for what that child support payment will be, the documents claim that she will have to pay her former husband $45,601 in monthly child support for their two children, River Rose and Remington Alexander.
Moreover, he will receive $115,000 from Clarkson in spousal support per month until January 31, 2024.
Blackstock was originally seeking over $2 million, which was to be split between monthly payments of $150,000 in spousal support and $45,601 in child support.
The ‘Since U Been Gone’ songstress and her ex have agreed to joint custody with Clarkson paying Blackstock an additional $50,000 as “reimbursement” for use of a private plane as the kids travel between the two parents.
Both homes in Montana have been awarded to Clarkson. Blackstock has permission to live in one of them until June. In the meantime, he is ordered to pay her $2,000 per month in rent.
Previously the former ‘American Idol’ winner had filed for divorce in 2020, where she cited “irreconcilable differences.” They had been married for seven years. Her settlement comes after she legally filed to change her name (as we reported here).
Her ex husband was an asshole. Glad kelly moved on in time.
I feel so bad for Kelly. I feel like he possibly knew she was vulnerable because of her issues with her father and maybe saw it as his meal ticket…but I’m not accusing anyone of anything. I’m just saying it seems like it COULD be that way allegedly.
We’ll never know but considering she’s willing to get rid of her last name and said so during the divorce process, it makes sense

Wealthy ppl should NOT marry for 2 reasons:
1) If you marry someone w/ money like yourself, always remember they have options & are likely to cheat once the next groupie ho come sniffing around for rich d*ck.
2) If you marry outside your income bracket, the likelihood you’re dealing w/ a groupie increases 10 fold.
Me personally…I would purchase dates for special occasions, then throw ’em away when I’m done. You’re a savage, so am I, lol
