Sullivan, up for Best R&B Song, Best R&B Album, and Best R&B Performance, nabbed one of the honors before the show even began.
Collecting the Best R&B Performance trophy at the GRAMMY pre-show, Sullivan tied with Silk Sonic but beat out ‘Damage’ (H.E.R.), ‘Lost You’ (Snoh Aalegra), and ‘Peaches’ (Justin Bieber) in the category. Later that night, she also snagged Best R&B Album honors.

For the diva’s dedicated fans, the win comes as long overdue restitution as the ‘Heaux Tales’ hitmaker hasn’t exactly had a fairytale history with the biggest night in music.
In 2009, despite entering that year’s GRAMMYs as one of the most nominated acts, the R&B diva saw her debut album, ‘Fearless,’ and its content completely shut out.
