The eclectic Pop force has returned to the spotlight in grand fashion with ‘As It Was’ – the lead offering from his third solo album ‘Harry’s House’ (due May 20).
Strutting straight in at #1 on the Official UK Singles Chart, the song also has the distinct honor of delivering the largest sales opening of 2022 on the tally after shifting 94,000 units.
The seismic figure is fuelled by 10.5 million UK streams over the course of the latest tracking week – the biggest week of streams in the region of any track in 2022 thus far. Furthermore, ‘As It Was’ also serves as the most-downloaded song of the week as well.
Suffice to say, Mr. Styles – who is also eyeing a #1 debut in the US – is off to a fire-fuelled start with the ‘Harry’s House’ campaign.
