Trey Songz is at the receiving end of yet another sexual assault claim. And this time, there’s a video.

Fresh from Las Vegas police dropping an investigation into similar accusations, the singer has been accused of indecently assaulting another woman.
Attorneys for Megan Johnson assert that their client was sexually assaulted by Songz during a party in August 2013 and they are seeking financial damages.
Per the demand letter, Johnson is said to have been groped by the singer in the VIP tent at “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz” at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, C.T.
It’s claimed that Johnson was in the midst of taking a picture with a friend when the performer sprung up from behind her, pulled out her breast with his hand, and then chanted “T***ies in the Open” over and over.

In the clip, a woman alleged to be Johnson is said to feign a smile but is visibly embarrassed.
Johnson’s legal team says the incident has left her with enduring damage, including severe emotional distress and self-harm.
The letter, for which the 37-year-old has until May 5 to reply, adds to a packed plate of legal issues for Songz.
For, there’s still lingering discourse around claims of rape made by female basketball star Dylan Gonzalez, as well as a $20 million lawsuit made by a woman who asserts the star raped her in 2016.

While I don’t condone sexual harassment of any form, I’m wondering if similar incidents will ALL be handled the same way especially if the harassment take place at events OR parties were ppl are heavily intoxicated. That’s when both men/women become a lot more loose if you know what I mean.
Women themselves are known to expose their own b****** & make out with each other for “fun” w/ some men assuming it’s okay to participate.
How would cases like this be handled if the same women decided to press charges later.
