Halle Bailey looks set to heat up the scene with her incoming solo music.
As reported, the 21-year-old has been juggling her big-screen activity with the recording of her own material. And she’s been doing so with the likes of Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, and Johnta Austin.
Now, she’s shared a preview of what folk can expect.

Bailey also shared a playful message delivered from her cat Poseidon:
“Hey, guys, Poseidon here. You have all been messaging my Mommy about when she’s releasing music and she will in due time. The creative process is a wild one so you have to be patient!! Love you!”
Bailey’s music tease comes during the hiatus of sibling ensemble Chloe x Halle and on the heels of the songbird teasing incoming material online.
It also takes place after she wrapped her role as the lead Ariel in the forthcoming live-action remake of ‘The Little Mermaid’ (which hits theaters in May 2023) and ahead of her performance in the big-screen musical adaptation of ‘The Color Purple.’
