Having already rocked headlines with the announcement of his new label Love Records and new album to be released via Motown Records, Diddy is ready to deliver the first fruit of the latter venture.
After a lengthy absence from the music scene as a performer, Friday (June 17) brought with it Diddy’s official return courtesy of the new song ‘Gotta Move On.’
The Bryson Tiller-assisted tune, which was first brought to the masses via a live performance at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards (which Diddy also hosted), sees the two exchange words of encouragement as they heal from the heartbreak of selfish lovers.
“If she don’t want my love, I’m guessin’ I gotta move on, I guess / I guess, I guess, I came a little too strong, I guess / She don’t want my love, I guess I got move on I guess (Gotta move on),” Tiller spits on the chorus of the RNSOM-produced cut.
Hop inside to hear it in full:
I kinda like the production but it could sound a little cleaner and It could use a stronger male vocalist. This song sounds like it was recorded in 2 mins and 30 seconds.
Diddler thinks he’s Quincy Jones. He’s not.
I like it..it’s cute
He can’t go solo, can he? 💅🏾 All of his hits are featuring others
