Jhene Aiko has just met a major milestone.
For, she has added another plaque to her wall thanks to her album ‘Trip.’

Taking to press, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced that her album ‘Trip’ has now been certified Platinum for the sales equivalent of 1,000,000 units sold in the United States.
As a result of its sales and certification, the project has now become her second album to reach the Platinum mark. Previously, her album ‘Chilombo’ was certified Platinum.
Interestingly enough, the news of the updated certification comes months after her song ‘Sativia’ – which can be found on ‘Trip’ – became her highest-certified single to date (as we reported here).
Needless to say, a huge congratulations is in order.
