Trey Songz may be quiet musically these days. but his name is being uttered rather loudly legally. Because the R&B star has been hit with yet another sexual assault lawsuit.
And this time it’s to the tune of $10 million.

As reported, a female fired off a demand letter to the singer and associated entities seeking compensation after alleging that she was sexually assaulted by Songz at a party that took place in August 2013.
It was claimed that the woman was groped by the singer in the VIP tent at “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz” at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, C.T.
Per the letter, it was alleged that the accuser was in the middle of taking a picture with a friend when the singer appeared behind her, pulled out and exposed her breast with his hand, and chanted “T***ies” repeatedly.

The correspondence was sent as a letter-before-action. Now, the woman and her legal team have reportedly moved forward with their suit and are seeking $10 million in damages – after stressing that she was left humiliated and processing long-lasting emotional distress. Furthermore, she’s said to have left her career due to embarrassment caused by the alleged incident.
News of the suit adds to various allegations made against Songz, including claims of rape made by female basketball star Dylan Gonzalez, a bowling alley assault, as well as a $25 million lawsuit made by a woman who asserts the star raped her in 2016.
Songz has denied all allegations made against him.
