Issa Rae‘s “audio everywhere” company Raedio has entered into a multi-year partnership with Def Jam.

The freshly minted pact will give Raedio the opportunity to sign, market, and distribute signed artists through the iconic label’s vast mediums and leverage her own televisual mediums for maximum reach.

Ever the trailblazer, Rae’s Raedio serves as the musical pillar of her HOORAE Media umbrella – which houses ventures across television production and talent management.

With a view of disrupting in the most innovative ways, Raedio – which was previously in business with Atlantic Records – looks set for an exciting new chapter.

Of the new deal, President of Raedio Benoni Tagoe aid:
