The soft promotional rollout of Brown’s latest 22-track effort didn’t hinder it from bowing at #9 on the refreshed Billboard 200 (unveiled November 19).
Led by singles ‘Sensational,’ ‘Summer Too Hot,’ and ‘Nightmares,’ the project – which boasts guest appearances from Future, Maeta, Fridayy, Davido, Lojay, and others – moved total sales of 45,000 its first week (exceeding its predicted 40,000 units) and becoming his 12th Billboard 200 top 10 in the process.
And while the win keeps his nearly 20-year top 10 streak intact, the premiere figures attached to ’11:11′ still mark the lowest opening numbers to accompany any of the GRAMMY winner’s LP’s – besting the previous titleholder 2017’s ‘Heartbreak on a Full Moon’ (which debuted at #3 on the Billboard 200 with 68,000 units sold).
