Why am I getting force fed by this woman. The only song I know from her is water. At least let the album roll out first. #industryplant101

She gives off the vibes that she has sold herself to the highest industry bidder…cause bihh who are you? Like a world tour already? Naa something ain’t right..this heaux def sucked the right diznick

……Or her label is pushing her the traditional route. She’s been performing everywhere, doing interviews and her debut album is set to drop in 3 months instead of immediately like everyone else does these days. Tyla said she wanted to be the next big popstar and her team is setting her up to be just that. An industry plant would be Ice Spice or HER.

I get you to a certain degree. I don’t care for Ice Spice that much but she came in with a new sound and a fresh look for female rap, whether you like it or not. We’ve seen thousands of these type of girls. You could give someone like Pia Mia that song (Water). Just don’t get the push but hey that’s just my opinion.

Tyla didn’t come out of nowhere though. She’s been around for a while. She opened for CB’s last tour. She just happened to acquire a hit “Water” through TikTok so now she’s getting a push. Clearly her label and team sees value in her now.

But she doesn’t even have an album out??? This is ODD. What will people sing along to? Just Water????

      • Lurline December 6, 2023

Water is not her only song though! It’s just her only hit at the moment. And she just dropped 3 or 4 new tracks. Yall hate anyone that’s successful. And America would never make a foreigner an industry plant btw😂😂😂😂😂😂

Even African artists don’t tour in Africa and yall had the nerve to come for Beyonce🙄

  4. CharlIsAngelz December 5, 2023

Yass all up in arms for Afrikaan representation in the industry!

  5. RBRT December 5, 2023

She’s the new rnb, soft spoken, talk sing, model, IT girl. Yes she’s not unique, each generation has a few of them, but she’s got people’s attention so why not act on it and go all out. Give the people what they want. Traditional album roll out is better than no album roll out. Some artists, won’t say who, just missed their shot, waited too long. Her other songs sound nice. Does she write her own songs?
