‘Peace‘ hitmaker Juanita Bynum has disturbed just that after yet another of her sermons went viral recently – this time for containing content some argue bears “homophobic” undertones.

Much like her fellow Gospel superstar Kim Burrell, Bynum is no stranger to being on the wrong side of headlines for delivering fiery speeches over the years that garnered unwanted attention for everything from dissing diversity groups to slamming churchgoers, fellow celebrities, and more.
In the past Juanita has clapped back at critics of her dancing to secular music after she condemned others for the same, charging $1500 for a prayer class, and other polarizing events.
Most recently her supporters have had to defend her against detractors who believed a sermon she delivered judging men for displaying feminine qualities in church went too far.
“We wearing our pants too tight…them little bitty suits are worrying me,” she relayed (as seen above) before saying, “Your little dance scares me. The way you shout scares me. Your knees are too close to be a man…open up your legs and shout like a man!”
Later in the sermon she also asserted women are “shouting like dudes.”

There’s so much wrong with this. Poverty, expression, freedom, all kinds of reasons why people wear what they wear and express how they express. God said come as you are. These comments and haters performing need a real life and source(s) of income. Folks is literally relentlessly commenting in the name of justice so the right narrative of history is recorded. Come as you are really references the heart, and if those men are there in the church seeking to learn and grow closer to God, then who is she to criticize them for slim pants and a joyful noise? There are too many so-called leaders going to the altar with the wrong spirit. She wasn’t prayed up and she let the devil use her personal hangups as a weapon against God’s people.
Sodom and Gomorrah were changed at the Council of Nicaea by the Catholic Church from minor abusers to gays. But you wouldn’t know that unless you were educated.

How ironic, considering her consistently masculine demeanor. It’s obvious Juanita has personal demons of her own to confront and accept. Her self loathing is all over her ministry, which is why she always condemns rather than encourages and delights in humiliating and chastising her listeners. There’s a lot about Janita that should scare everyone. Like her $1500, per person, class to “teach” people how to pray. This woman has no credibility and should not be advising anyone.
