Victoria Monet fans who feared the singer-songwriter would suffer a shutout at the 2024 GRAMMYs breathed a heavy sigh of relief when the 34-year-old won her first trophy – Best Engineered Album for her 2023 LP ‘Jaguar II‘ – during the event’s pre-show.
Little did they know then, her victory lap had only just begun.
Of the 7 nods given to Victoria for work found aboard her latest album, ‘Jaguar II,’ she is now a 3x GRAMMY winner after also capturing the Best R&B Album honor – defeating Coco Jones, Emily King, Summer Walker, and Babyface in the process.
Among the many celebrating the triumph is Monet’s longtime friend and fellow GRAMMY winner Ariana Grande.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday night (February 4), Grande praised her ‘Monopoly‘ and ‘7 Rings’ co-creator for her hard work.
“My friend, you deserve this one million times over,” she posted on Instagram to her 380 million followers. “I am so deeply proud of you and happy for you; there are no words. You have worked so hard and given so much of yourself to this industry for so, so long while quietly being in your absolute own league.”
