Usher is on a well-deserved victory lap, following his epic performance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show 2024.
The Breakfast Club was his latest stop and the R&B icon dished on a buffet table of topics.
Included were his post-performance thoughts on Halftime, “that” moment with Alicia Keys, Justin Bieber‘s absence from the showing, a rumored rift with Chris Brown, his new album ‘Coming Home,’ and his forthcoming ‘Past Present Future’ tour.

As previously reported, a teaser of the interview saw Usher say of Bieber:
“We did have a brief conversation (about him performing), we will do something in the future.”
Elsewhere, he revealed that he, Keys and her hubby Swizz Beats laughed about the public discourse about their closeness during Halftime and that there’s no issue with “that man” – in response to Chris Brown.

Even if Usher had wanted Chris on stage with him, sponsors would’ve blocked it. Chris was uninvited from performing a big MJ tribute at the AMAs two years ago, and now he was uninvited from playing in the NBA All-Star game. 15 years have passed and they won’t let it go. Any anger he shows in the press about how he’s being treated is 100% justified.
Sure 15 years have passed since the Rihanna incident but let’s not pretend that he doesn’t have a long rap sheet full of violent incidents!
