From politics to entertainment and everything in between, Piers Morgan has made a career out of lending very hot takes on hot topics – often landing him in hot water.

Yet, even he had to cool his jets after JAY-Z and Beyoncé‘s legal team had a little chat with the executives at his talk show ‘Uncensored‘ for hosting an interview with controversial singer Jaguar Wright (who wielded some explosive claims against the couple during her visit).

Taking to the latest episode of ‘Uncensored,’ Morgan publicly apologized to the Carters for Wright’s commentary.

“Well, Jaguar, unexpectedly, made several serious allegations about Jay-Z and Beyoncé during that interview. As I said in the moment, they were not present to respond or defend themselves, but now they have. We had lawyers contact us to say that those claims were totally false and have no basis in fact, and we’ve therefore complied with a legal request to cut them from the original interview,” Piers said. “Editing interviews is not something we do lightly at a show called Uncensored, but like the proverbial cries of fire in a crowded theater, there are legal limits on us, too. And we apologize to Jay-Z and Beyoncé.”

The apology follows Wright’s shocking interview where she branded JAY a “monster” that has left hundreds of abuse victims in his wake.

In fact, she claims to have aligned with three who are reportedly willing to testify against him.

Her visit to ‘Uncensored’ was just the latest in her decade-plus-long campaign against the likes of JAY and Diddy, both of whom she claims to have exclusive knowledge of their alleged illegal actions despite yet to offer substantial proof to corroborate her claims.

At the time of this report the Carters have not issued an official statement on the Wright matter.
