Brandy and Monica are wasting no time hitting the promotional circuit for their freshly announced trek, ‘The Boy is Mine Tour.’
The R&B icons stopped by CBS Mornings, where they opened up in earnest about the 24-date Stateside spectacle.

Speaking hosts Gayle King, Tony Dokoupil, and Nate Burleson, Brandy said:
“They were trying to get us to do a tour since ’98 and it just finally felt like the right time. It was a dream come true.”
Monica chimed in and called her partnership with the songbird a “musical marriage.” The Atlanta native shared:
“We created the communication and the relationship to do it.”
As reported, ‘The Boy Is Mine Tour’ features special guests Kelly Rowland, Muni Long, and American Idol winner Jamal Roberts and kicks off in October.
