Shockwaves rang out through the music industry on Monday (April 6) after reports surfaced rapper Offset had been shot.
In news broken by TMZ, the former Migos star reportedly was shot near the popular Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL.
A rep for the father of six (born Kiari Cephus) confirmed the incident but did not offer additional details including time or specific location of the shooting, which body part was impacted by the bullet, if there were any other parties injured, and if any suspects were apprehended.
“He is stable and being closely monitored [at the hospital],” the unnamed rep added.
At writing, Cephus has not issued a statement himself.
