Music lovers were already salivating at the mere announcement that legendary producer The-Dream was readying ‘Love/Hate II,’ a conceptual sequel to his 2007 debut studio album ‘Love/Hate,’ but now he’s pushing excitement for the project into overdrive by unveiling its second single: ‘Tampa‘ featuring Usher.
Released Friday (June 12), the Pharrell Williams-produced tune follows the LP’s warmly received first single ‘Bring That Body.’
“She don’t wanna be alone tonight / She don’t wanna be at home tonight / All up in my phone, loving my tone, looking for advice / Trying hard to justify /Shawty tryna be grown tonight,” Ush and Dream sing on the bass-buoyed bop.
