Tory Lanez and his wife, Raina Chassagne, are no longer moving forward with their divorce.
The now-dismissed divorce case was initially filed by Chassagne in June 2024 after less than a year of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences with the rapper.

According to court records obtained by TMZ, the dismissal came from a judge reportedly seeing little progress toward a final judgment since its first filing.
At the time, Lanez’s wife also requested both legal and physical custody of the couple’s son, Kai, while Lanez continues serving his 10-year prison sentence. Despite the filing, Chassagne has continued to visit the rapper with their son and previously shared a Father’s Day tribute celebrating him.
It remains unclear whether the dismissal signals a reconciliation or if the divorce could be refiled at a later date.
Lanez’s camp has yet to publicly address the development.
