Beyoncé has another major business win to celebrate, because Cécred has made history in the UK.
Just one day after Queen Bey touched down in London to toast the haircare line’s arrival at Space NK, the first numbers are in.
And, much like its blockbuster US retail rollout, Cécred has come out of the gate swinging.
Full story below…
According to an announcement from the brand and Space NK, Cécred has officially scored the biggest brand launch in the retailer’s history.
Demand proved so strong that the Beyoncé-founded company hit its entire first week’s predicted sales by 1pm on launch day, before going on to surpass Space NK’s previous opening-day record for a new brand.
The Restoring Hair & Edge Drops emerged as Cécred’s top seller, followed by the newly launched Temple Oud Hair Perfume.
Space NK Haircare Category Director Sophie Wayman said:
“We could not be more thrilled with the performance of Cécred. We expected the brand to resonate with our customers, but the demand is truly unprecedented.”
Cécred CEO Grace Ray added:
“The UK has been our largest market outside the US since day one. To mark the biggest launch in Space NK’s history is a true testament to the connection we’ve built with our global community.”
The milestone comes after TGJ reported on Cécred’s first physical retail expansion outside the US, bringing the range to 90 Space NK stores across the UK and Ireland.
It’s the latest commercial touchdown for the beauty brand.
Last year, Cécred was named one of 2025’s most powerful beauty brands, while the Restoring Hair & Edge Drops became a runaway seller.
From Ulta Beauty to Space NK, Mrs. Carter’s haircare empire is clearly growing in earnest.

Overrated and overinflated… just like her album. She’s nothing but a consumerism puppet dancing to the tune of dollar signs while we all pretend to care.
Ayo, Mrs Ciw Dung Carter out here wildin’, runnin’ that shampoo scam like a straight-up boss, got folks catchin’ feelings like, ‘Yo, this ain’t no cap, this shampoo finna bless your crusty dome with that drip so fresh, you’ll be stuntin’ on these streets like a real G!’ She pushin’ that suds hustle harder than a plug on payday talkin’ ‘bout ‘If you ain’t rockin’ this, you straight broke in the hair game, fam!’ For real, she got the whole block shook, sellin’ that magic potion like it’s liquid gold, no joke!
What a messed-up world where the poor are out here dropping millionaire prices on products. Are you guys actually trying to bankrupt yourselves for fun, or just really committed to keeping luxury brands rolling?
It’s like watching someone set their wallet on fire just to prove a point and spoiler alert, the only thing getting richer is the brand, not you. At the end of the day, shampoo’s just shampoo like a toothbrush, but this brand acts like it’s handing out gold bars. Idiots.. 😆
