Welll finally. This video should’ve been out almost a month ago, I like it though.
I am a huge Kelly fan and I am truly disappointed we waited all this time for that! I was expecting much more visuals. I am really not understanding what the delay was. That video look like it could have been shot in the matter of hours. Again I love me some Kelly, but I expected much more. Maybe pics of who she was mad at flashing across the screen. Maybe some interaction or a couple acting out what she is singing about. In my opinion it was not worth the wait. But as fan it is my duty to still support, push and request, but always be honest above all!

Kelly looks great in this video, but that’s usually the case with her these days. The video doesn’t have a lot going on, but it gets the point across. I just don’t understand why Kelly’s team went with hype over substance. I have to admit that Kelly’s album is much better than I thought it was initially. Music I like usually doesn’t take long to grow on me, but Kelly’s did make a big impression on me right away. It turns out after really giving it a listen that it’s actually her best work to date. I think there are about 5 songs that are miles ahead of this one. As for the video I see a blend of Aaliyah, Bey and Rihanna thrown in, but it was a good watch.

It’s a interesting video and pretty thinking out of the box. I think the wine spilling was supposed to be a symbol of the battery Kelly suffered as well as wearing the shades, rather than show her or another woman actually being subjected to domestic violence. The whole famous female singer being beaten by a boyfriend has been done so many times in hip hop and R&B (example: Ashanti’s rain on me and Fantasia’s Free Yourself), so going that route would not really have made the video standout. As for all the water it ties in to Kelly’s sign of being an Aquarius.
