The way things are shaping up, ‘American Idol’s 15th and final season just may be its best yet.
Bringing resident judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick, Jr. back on the nationwide search for America’s best and brightest talent, ‘Idol’ will kick off on January 6th with visits to Atlanta and Denver.
But, if those two weeks seem like forever to you there’s good news: the good folks at FOX have upped a quick peek of the season’s inaugural episode. Ready to see what the last-go-round has in store?

I felt like they should’ve had every winner sit in as a judge in the 4th seat, since it is the farewell season.
Thank goodness. I’ll always blame this show for giving rise to Ryan Seacrest and who was then able to give rise to the toxic plague known as the Kardashians.

All I know is FANTASIA better be all up and thru this farewell season!!! She’s the best Idol. They could’ve kept American Idol after Fantasia, honestly.
Shame they have to go but it progressively got worse. Ratings were down, people mainly watched for the worst singers in preliminaries, and judge drama took away from the focus on contestants. The Voice has a better concept but I don’t think they’ve launched a successful singer like idols’ kelly clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, or fantasia.
I used to love this show so much!
