It appears the folk over at Bad Boy finally decided to hook Day26 up with a much needed new single in the form of ‘Since You’ve Been Gone’, the video for which premiered recently. Luckily for the guys, the song is strong enough to carry this, otherwise, run-of-the-mill clip. The Dawn (from Danity Kane) cameo was a nice touch, though. With the track being one of the strongest cuts from their self titled debut, here’s hoping it fares better than first single ‘Got Me Going’ which peaked at #79 on the Billboard Hot 100.

It is unfortunate the Diddy is so hooked on himself and baby mommas that he cannot invest appropriately in Day 26. Their album is good, but their style is whack. The leather jackets look inexpensive and they simply don’t appear polished. I am disappointed in Mike. I was rooting for him to be the overweight charmer, but he has not risen to that expectation. He always appear exhausted and out-of-shape. Overall, the song is great but the video is average. The group should not give up because they have potential. After they honor their contract with Diddy, I hope a more serious record label picks them up. Afterwards, reduce the members to four.

Dawn cameo was unnecessary….I feel they promote tha reality show more than they do their albums…is any1 feelin me on dat?But I love the video,its cool.
I think dawns cameo was a very nice touch…very cute…but their ” trying to be s*** ” in the video not so much..esp. brian an robert all i did was laugh lol..
Day 26 is a talented group but Diddy is trying to make them look like 112 and it’s just making them look corny. This video had potential but it fell short when they put on those hideous jackets.
I like day26, always been w/ them from the first season but Diddy seriously needs to invest some time in this group. Their album was hot, i like the song and the vid is way better than their last. Their style needs work but the potentialm is ther cause ALLLL these guys can sing for real

The video is alright! But you can tell it could have been better bout on FN Tonight they said Diddy let them have a lot of control over the video, and I guess when you do that with new artist…this is what you get an ok video that could have been better! Where’s Danity Kane video? Day26 is a good group I like there music, but this video is not all that!
