Camila Cabello is bringing a double dose of dynamite as she aims to blow up this summer.
The former Fifth Harmony singer has uncaged two new scorchers from her debut album ‘The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving.’
Island spiced ‘Havana’ was produced by Pharrell Williams, while ‘OMG’ was co-penned by Charli XCX. Both cuts follow lead single ‘Crying In The Club.’
Explaining the strategy attached to the dual release, Cabello tweeted:
I wanted to put 2 summer songs out off my album in honor of me going on the
#24kMagicWorldTour this summer…. hope u love them.

I really like OMG. Catchy and infectious. but I thought she wanted to separate herself sonically from 5h. all her singles sound like 5h could sing them. it’s nothing new or refreshing. she’s a snake.. I’m unhappy that I like all her songs loool

I need Abra Cadabra to disappear… Quavo should have kept “OMG” & Young Thug should have kept “Havana” or gave it to someone whose tone and charisma actually fit the urban vibe. I don’t see it for her. She should have stayed with 5th Harmony. She’s not gonna happen because there’s nothing signature about her.
Neither of these songs are anything special but I can see radio making a big deal about them because she is a former member of 5H and these songs sound like 5H/Rihanna rejects.
I bet the label stockpiled all the semi decent 5H songs just for her.
