I love this song with your one tone self lol. All her songs has the same tone. No high notes of runs but I guess it’s safe to do what you know how to do best. But I love this song a lot. Hope she video treat this and push it because it’s a great starter song
You sound dumb. Lady Love has plenty of high notes. Toya used to do more runs but there’s more to a singer than just agility. If you’d pick up her old records and actually listen you’d know.
The person that sounds dumb is you love. You sound foolish for telling someone they sound dumb because of there opinion. I have both her albums and will buy the next one. I’ve also seen her live and like I said to me she has one tone. I also said I love the some just like I love both albums but it doesn’t change what I said. Torn is one of my favorite songs of all time but when I seen her live, all the songs was the same tone even the Simi high notes and it’s nothing wrong with that at all
You crazy Toya has a dope range. Lady Love is a masterpiece with great vocal performances. Not sure what songs you are listening to but u are missing a bulk of her music if u think she is a one tone singer.

Her upper chest range is amazing.
Her tone can become too much after a while. It’s nasally and shrill when she does certain notes.
Every time I’ve heard a Letoya song since her amazing 2nd album, I often picture someone with more weight and versatility vocally singing them.
Thanks whoever you are. I love her voice but I feel the same way. Both albums are good but I feel she plays safe which its nothing wrong with that. The way music is today I will maybe stick to what I know as well because some fans don’t like change. I don’t hear any versatility in her songs if always sound the same to me sound wise or should I say tone wise.

I’m learning to accept that although people have the innate potential to be world changing talents in certain arenas, sometimes they simply don’t want that. Err time I hear this woman’s music and look her her solo visuals I think.. SHE HAD IT ALL! LeToya was just as talented man. I also feel so frustrated at the fact she didn’t get to stay in the group to continue their legacy and maintain the closeness they once had. Not shots at Kelly and Michelle but Toya was legit a start standing y’all right inside of Beyoncé. And a part of me feels Matthew saw and felt threatened by her energy. This song is effortlessly delicious and savory. It’s down right f****** good R&B. Wow! On first listen too. Ain’t not 3rd spin to see if I really like it.

I agree with you that I wish she wasn’t put out the group. Kelly has a wider range and can sing anything. Michelle had that gospel tone that’s works. And of course bee can do anything and everybody knows that bee and kelly sound very much alike at times. I hope when the reunion come around that they include her as well as in new music. It would be great to hear the mesh
