Superstar songbird Celine Dion takes vocal flight on new song ‘Flying On My Own.’
Premiered in live form last month on the final night of the diva’s Las Vegas residency, today heralds the arrival of the official studio version.
Penned by Jörgen Elofsson, Liz Rodrigues, and Anton Mårtensson, the anthemtic number is the first taste of Dion’s new album ‘Courage’ – which is released this November via Columbia Records.
The set will arrive amidst its like-titled arena tour – Dion’s first US trek in over a decade.

No, you can tell by the way she sings “beautiful”, that she was not lip syncing. Also, I was at the last show where she sang the song live for the second time (in front of an audience) – first time was the night before.

Yes bittch! Celine Dion´s voice is also unbelievable (I just come from Whitney´s post) and despite what some misinformed people say, extremely unique. The way she runs (from day one) is absolutely unique. Clarity, power, resonance, agility. And just the tone like in Whitney and Mariah´s case… universal appeal. A true vocal icon who conquered the world on voice alone.
Plus she´s amazing on all fronts. What a cool person. Open minded, sweet, strong, hard-working… an example.
