News which may upset ‘Game of Thrones‘ viewers awaits below…
When the hit fantasy series wrapped this year viewers were promised a prequel which would take place thousands of years before the main story kicks off.
Today, that promise has been broken.
The show’s cast and crew received an email from its show runner Jane Goldman explaining that HBO is no longer moving forward with the series but didn’t reveal if the other recently green lit ‘Thrones’-related shows had suffered the same fate.
Word of the Watts-led pilot, penned by Goldman and directed by S.J. Clarkson, not going forward comes after a lengthy post-production, which included re-editing of the initial cut after it was not well received, and rumors about issues during filming in Northern Ireland.
