‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ has been under quite the spotlight of late, following multiple accounts attesting to a “toxic” work environment.
Of note is that the host oft wasn’t presented as the central issue, but her alleged tolerance of the behaviors and aloofness of the reality of the show’s environment received heavy critique.

According to Deadline, ‘Ellen’ executive producers Ed Glavin and Kevin Leman, along with co-executive producer Jonathan Norman are no longer with the show.
In a major move, the show’s house DJ, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, has been named co-executive producer.
The changes were shared during a virtual staff meeting, during which DeGeneres once again apologized to her staff.
A super personal briefing, she opened up about being an introvert and having her good days and bad days – the latter of which sees her go into her shell. Something she admits may make her occasion feel unapproachable. She’s quoted as adding:
“Does that mean I’m perfect? No. I’m not. I’m a multi-layered person, and I try to be the best person I can be and try to learn from my mistakes.”
The ‘Ellen’ show is expected back on air next month.
She still doesn’t address the times she publicly disrespected her staff.
That’s got nothing to do with having bad days.
She’s an hypocrite and firing those people is just a way to save her own a$$, smoke and mirrors.
Yeah this won’t save your show love…
