Tyler, The Creator is righting his wrongs.
The GRAMMY winner is now apologizing to Selena Gomez over past tweets in his new song ‘Manifesto.’
Full story below…
In 2010 and 2011, Tyler wrote a series of inappropriate and explicit tweets about the ‘Kill Em With Kindness’ songstress. However, on the track ‘Manifesto’ he owns up to his mistake.
Across the track, he raps:
“I was a teener, tweetin’ Selena crazy sh*t / Didn’t wanna offend her, apologize when I seen her / Back when I was tryna f*** Bieber, Just-in.“
At the time of the tweets, Gomes was 18-years-old and dating Justin Bieber, who Tyler was good friends with.
‘Manifesto’ appears on Tyler’s new album ‘Call Me If You Get Lost’ (stream it here).
