Queen of Hip Hop Soul Mary J. Blige brought her royal glow to the ‘Tamron Hall Show’ Monday (November 29), much to the delight of the audience filled with some of her diehard fans.
Though hot on the promo trail for the recently launched second season of her hit STARZ series, ‘Power Book II; Ghost,’ as well as prepping for a headlining gig at the 2022 Super Bowl, the diva took time for daytime TV to field questions about her critically acclaimed Amazon documentary, ‘My Life,’ new music, and so much more.

BLIGE ON CONCEPT OF HER NEW ALBUM:
“Wait until you hear it…it’s going to blow everybody’s mind,” Blige told Hall. “Because, it’s something I had to do and say when I was in my darkest moments in that life to build myself up to this person that I can see and accept my nose, my eyes, and my cheeks. I can accept it all.”

The visit to ‘Tamron’ comes just weeks after Blige took to WGN News to confirm her yet-titled new album – despite previously announcing its November arrival (as we reported here) – had been pushed to early 2022.
When quizzed by resident entertainment anchor Dean Richards on the matter of new music, MJB replied:
“Yes, I have new music coming…,” Blige told Richards. “Three new singles coming and an album in January following. So, keep your ears to the street…”
