And season 2 of the popular dramedy reunites viewers with the show’s quad of leading ladies: Meagan Good (Camille), Jerrie Johnson (Tye), Shoniqua Shondai (Angie), and Grace Byers (Quinn) – all of whom reprise their roles.
From the onset, the action picks up from the jaw-dropping cliffhanger of season one’s finale.
After making a shocking decision that rocked all corners of her life, Camille (Good) is tasked with figuring out how to put the pieces back together. Elsewhere Tye (Johnson) ponders her future both personally and professionally, while Quinn (Byers) sets sail on a journey of self-discovery – uncovering a number of poignant finds, and Angie’s (Shandai) sees her career make encouraging strides.
That Grape Juice‘s Chet Kincaid sat down with all four ladies along with Tyler Lepley (Ian) and Tracy Oliver, the show’s writer, to discuss the show’s sophomore run, the character development embedded, and the stars’ personal takes on the situations their characters face.
