Having already bounced to critical acclaim with their reunion single ‘Shaq & Kobe,’ Rap superstars Meek Mill and Rick Ross are looking to repeat the feat with the cut’s follow-up ‘Lyrical Eazy.’
The second taste of new music lifted from their forthcoming joint album, ‘Too Good to Be True‘ (due November 10), ‘Eazy’ – which interpolates elements of JAY-Z‘s 2001 ‘Blueprint‘ song ‘Breath Easy (Lyrical Exercise)‘ – sees the duo trade verses about their respective riches.
“N**gas ain’t got it, n**gas ain’t ’bout it, hunnid cash, large black card in my pocket, rose gold Richie, I don’t need a rocket, brand new Benz for what? ‘Cause I don’t even drive it, n**ga, this how I’m respondin’, I’m like, y’all ain’t even pop it,” muses Mill on the blazing track.
