Cardi B had her beloved fans, affectionately called #BardiGang, more than a little worried earlier this week when she took to Twitter to suggest she was considering self-harm.
Posting she wanted to “put in a bullet in her head” on Wednesday (October 18), the tweet came after a virtual fisticuffs with users on the platform who made jokes about her being “the only Mexican that don’t work hard” – an undoubted reference to the 5-year gap between her first album (2018’s ‘Invasion of Privacy‘) and its yet-released follow-up.
“IDGAF F-ck y’all … y’all can call me Mexican,” she said in response to the harsh criticism at the time. “[You can] bring me down and hurt my feelings talk sh-t about everything – that’s why I don’t release music.”
Taking to Instagram later in the week, the GRAMMY winner shared that she’s calmed down since the incident and supporters shouldn’t worry about her mental health.

On Instagram Live this Thursday (October 19), Cardi addressed her fans’ concerns directly after they feared she was considering going through with hurting herself.
“When I burst, I’m very outspoken,” she said as seen in the video above captured by our friends at HHDX. “When I get into one of my bad moments, I will literally curse everybody out, and I’ll be f-ckin’ like, ‘I want you to die. B-tch, I wanna die. I don’t give a f-ck!’ Because that’s just how I’ll be feeling in the moment.”
Continuing, she clarified that the feelings were fleeting and were not necessarily reflective of her true intentions.
“I was just very overwhelmed yesterday. I was very sad. And, I don’t know — I feel like I was just having such a good week, and then, when I got home, and I started paying attention to so much shit that people were saying about me, and all the funny shit about me,” she relayed. “I just started getting upset about it.”
The original tweets have been deleted.
She should just do it

Don’t give em a reason to off you and make it look like self harm. Better yet, retire gracefully. WAP was as good as it was gon’ get. Rap is playing house/ dress-up to you. Your music doesn’t help or inspire people. And your skin is too thin to last in this biz. Stop acting a fool on social media; your personality is made for sitcoms and movies… maybe even start with Hollywood Squares with Nene, Tamar, and other high-strung reality TV has-beens?
Still in her Stimpathy lane, having tantrums because the thing isn’t going her way.
these chick skins are so thin you can see through them, they ant built for this business, and they could never survive what Nicky Minaj went through. talking about hate trains they have no idea what a hate train is, Nicki went through that and then some. and is still here carrying rap still like the Queen she is.
One thing about it I get angry at times but NOT ONE TIME I HAVE EVER SAID, “FK EVERYBODY” that is so damn rude…I don’t respect artists who does that sh!+ Everyone didn’t do anything to you..you are a Superstar and a millionaire heaux you have to deal with the good and the bad..I ain’t even a fan but bish you are Cardi B…keep your long ass chin up girly..you will be ok
Bottom line you are not built for this business, you have been getting your hand held all of your career. now they trying to see what you can do on your own to see if you can swim now you are drowning because some people see through your sh!t and certain things aren’t going your way now here you going on that victim cr@#$#p again……….these snown flake chick couldn’t last a second on that hate train Nicki been on.
