The Billboard 200 domination of Tyler, the Creator‘s eighth studio album ‘Chromakopia‘ shows no signs of slowing.
Having already debuted atop the all-genre chart with the year’s biggest first-week sales among previously unreleased Rap projects, the numbers also marked a personal best for Creator.
With landing his third frame at #1 this week, Tyler checkmarks yet another personal milestone.
After fending off Lil Uzi Vert‘s highly anticipated new album, ‘Eternal Atake 2,’ last week, Creator repeated the feat this week by defeating TOMORROW X TOGETHER‘s latest LP ‘Star Chapter‘ in the race to the top of the Billboard 200.
Here are the numbers that powered Tyler’s most recent victory.
- ‘Chromakopia’ Third-Week Sales (SPS): 104,000
- ‘Chromakopia’ Third-Week Sales (Pure): 28,000
- Billboard 200 Position: #1
In earning its third week atop the all-genre chart, ‘Chromakopia’ breaks a three-way tie with 21 Savage‘s ‘American Dream‘ and Kanye West‘s ‘Vultures 1‘ to become the year’s longest-reigning Rap project.
As if that’s not to boast, the three-week Billboard 200 rule also marks the longest time Tyler’s occupied the chart’s top spot yet.
His previous best was 2021’s ‘Call Me If You Get Lost‘ which held the #1 position for two weeks.
