It appears social media users are tired of broken promises when it comes to Tory Lanez.
As reported, the imprisoned star’s team held a press conference claiming to be in possession of supposedly game-changing evidence that would cause a seismic change in his circumstances.
Lanez is, of course, serving a 10-year sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the foot during a 2021 altercation.
The Canadian performer’s claims were bolstered and, effectively, promoted by his team, who launched a dedicated website to plug the new “evidence.”
Now, after its release, many say they feel bamboozled.

Lanez’s team launched 36hourslater.com to “unveil” the three days following the shooting.
Much of the shared details chronicle evidence from LA resident Sean Kelly, who claims to have seen a woman (Megan’s former friend Kelsey) shoot her after a vicious physical fight.
The issue?
This supposedly bombshell evidence, which was given to investigators, was already public knowledge, as Kelly testified to this in court. Despite his testimony, Lanez was found guilty of first-degree assault with a firearm — and a myriad of further charges related to possessing the gun.

I feel like Roc Nation struck up a deal with Tory’s lawyer to intentionally fumble the case.

It didn’t take an intellectual mind to see that this new evidence was just refurbished bs the courts had already debunked. Tory is a serial offender and up until now he has never been held accountable. He’s going to keep trying everything is little power to avoid it now.
