Talk about royal rhythm! Meghan Markle just dropped an unseen video gem celebrating Princess Lilibet’s 4th birthday, and it’s giving a maternity ward turned dance floor.

In the throwback clip, a very pregnant Duchess of Sussex is seen busting moves (yes, even twerking!) while hooked up to an IV, trying to shimmy little Lilibet into the world. Prince Harry, never one to miss a beat, joins in with peak dad-dance energy, making it a full-blown delivery room dance off.
Writing in the caption, Markle revealed she was overdue and had tried everything from spicy food to acupuncture before turning to a final groove session.

To mark the milestone, Markle also shared a recent black and white snap cradling Lilibet, plus a sweet throwback of their newborn daughter snuggled in Harry’s arms. Safe to say, that girl has her daddy royally wrapped.
