On the eve of his sentencing, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is receiving unexpected backing from a woman once positioned as a key witness against him.

Virginia Huynh, known as ‘Gina’ during the trial, penned a letter to the judge defending the Bad Boy mogul and criticizing federal prosecutors. Diddy was convicted in July on two counts of violating the Mann Act, related to transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution.
However, Gina claims prosecutors pressured her into becoming “Victim 3” despite her insistence that she was never trafficked nor forced into prostitution. She revealed she cooperated fully, handing over evidence including photos, videos, and text messages, but maintains she was mischaracterized.
While Gina was expected to testify, prosecutors told the court they lost contact with her before trial. Now, she says she would have taken the stand to tell her truth.
Diddy’s sentencing is set to be announced imminently today (October 3).
