GloRilla may have proclaimed being ‘FNF‘ in the breakthrough hit that propelled her to being one of the decade’s top female rappers, but – if a recent social media showdown with her sister is to judge by – she’s far from being family drama free.
Taking to social media Tuesday (February 4), GloRilla’s sister – known as “Scar Face Woods” – set the net on fire when she lambasted her hitmaking sister for allegedly leaving their family destitute while she enjoys the benefits of fame and fortune.
“Y’all talking about y’all favorite rapper, but she ain’t sh-t. And, I’m getting tired of it. Y’all mad and talking about she ain’t obligated. How is she not when she wants to sit in all these interviews talking about the ‘struggles’ we’ve been through but never reached back and helped any of us out,” Scarface (born Victoria Woods) said. “She’s got her friends riding in [Jaguars and] sh-t – and my mama still working at Fed Ex.”
The video (seen above) only doubled down messages Victoria had already shared to Facebook.
“I’ll really go live and expose y’all favorite rapper. Same mom, same dad, 10 siblings. Y’all think she this upright a– person when she really not,” she said before relaying. “Why hasn’t the media seen your siblings? Don’t say it’s because you protecting us because we still in Memphis. You talk about our struggles and you don’t f-ck with us.”
Among the most damning claims, however, was Victoria’s allegation that their mom and dad are still struggling financially while Glo is reportedly a millionaire thanks to hits like ‘TGIF,’ ‘Yeah Glo,’ and ‘Wanna Be.’
“Our parents are not straight! Our dad just borrowed $100 from our mom. Y’all think y’all know sh-t, but don’t! I had to give my mom $1800 on a $2400 rent because y’all favorite rapper blocked her! I’m tired of being quiet,” she said to her Facebook followers.
As Scar Face’s post reached viral status, Glo – who spent most of Tuesday quiet despite seeing her name trending on social media – finally broke her silence with a cryptic post to Instagram Stories.
While not addressing Victoria’s claims directly, the rapper shared what appeared to be a text message exchange between herself and their mom who was thanking her for some undisclosed financial assistance.
Late Tuesday night, however, Scar Face suggested the text thread was fake.
“Where the time and date at b-tch,” she said in response to Glo’s post. “And, is that actually [our mother’s] phone number?”
At writing, GloRilla hasn’t responded to Victoria’s latest jab.
I don’t trust anybody who does videos in front of abortion clinics. I bet Glo is a narcissist, as a lot of those entertainment types are, and does things for public display while behind the scenes it’s a different story. At the same time she doesn’t owe anybody anything, but if this is true then she should defintely be ashamed. A regular house would be nothing. I get the siblings needing to fend for themselves, but the mom and dad should be taken care of.
For some reason I believe the sister why would she lie on her sister ? Is she obligated NO but since you up there doing interviews en’ s*** about you retiring your parents then shidddd why you lying ? Why not look out for the fam ???
