The rumors began circulating after social media posts from model Melanie Jayda appeared to suggest that the former couple were still hooking up despite their split.
Cardi wasted no time shutting down the chatter; in a now-deleted post on X, she insisted that:
“Never in your life never in THIS life… mf’ers could go through that man text, phone, whatever… NEVER would you catch me doing that” she added, “I don’t flirt, I don’t give no inch of possibility. S–t put a private investigator on me and I put that on my kids life in the name of Jesus!!!”
As reported, the estranged pair did briefly reunite earlier this month to celebrate their kids Wave and Blossom‘s birthdays, but the co-parents kept it strictly about their family.
The ‘Am I The Drama?‘ hitmaker also gave fans something else to look forward to, revealing plans for a “humongous tour” next year that will take her to Europe. No dates have been announced yet.
It seems the only place Cardi will be returning to is on the road.
As much as he was toxic to her and vice versa, I actually think they are great couple and their brands made sense side by side to each other. He wrote some great raps for her too that she won’t admit to. I still think that 4th child is his Chile but that ain’t my business lol.
