With new song ‘Company,’ singer-actress Chloe Bailey serves yet another reminder that she is among her generation’s most versatile acts.
Not long after turning heads with her collaborative ‘Resurrection‘ mixtape with Timbaland, the 5-time GRAMMY nominee is joining forces with another set of hitmakers – this time tapping British electronic trio Clean Bandit and Nigerian Afrobeats star Omah Lay for a delicious fusion of global sounds.
“I don’t need no jewels or treasures / Only need your ETA (Oh, oh) / You know how to ease the pressure / When I’m, when I’m, when I’m feeling like this / When I’m feeling this way / Baby, keep me company,” sings Bailey over a Jack Patterson-produced chorus.
Clean Bandit serves double duty as performer and director of the choreography laden music video that accompanies the song.
