Queen of Quiet Storm Anita BakerĀ sent her fans (and Las Vegas box offices) into a frenzy earlier this year with the kickoff of her second limited engagement at The Venetian Resort.

Setting sales records for the venue after the tickets were snapped up in record time, the R&B legend not only extended her stay in Sin City as a result of the demand but eventually announced she’d be taking the act on the road via a North American tour.

But as longtime fans of the diva await official news on which cities she’ll be bringing her soaring pipes to on the forthcoming trek, she took to Twitter over the weekend to reveal she may be heading back to the Vegas Strip soon!

Having just wrapped her own Las Vegas residency over the summer, Queen of Quiet Storm Anita Baker is no stranger to packing venues on the Strip and courting a myriad of guests from all over the country – celebrities included.

Over Labor Day weekend, however, she took to Sin City to find herself among the swooning concertgoers who packed Dolby Live at Park MGM to see Usher bring down the house on the latest date in his recently-extended ‘My Way’ residency.

Once spotted in the VIP section of the theater, Ush put the spotlight on the GRAMMY-winning diva and dedicated his 2004 ‘Confessions’ favorite ‘Superstar’ to her.
