The world woke up to several bombshells on March 8 after the couple’s revealing interview where they did not hold anything back. Together, the couple dished on several facets of royal life and their life.
During the interview, the couple revealed that there had been “conversations” about the skin color of their son, Archie. These included whether or not he would be given security or a title.
Other revelations in the interview included the notion that Prince William and Prince Charles are “trapped,” as well as the Royals allegedly having an “invisible contract” with the media.
Markle then went on to claim that she was scared for her life, as she had contemplated suicide at one point. Elsewhere, she went on to say that Kate Middleton made her cry, but had gone on to apologized for the incident.

After their interview, Buckingham Palace issued a statement in regards to the allegations made. The statement said that the royals were “saddened” to learn about the events the couple faced over the years. Furthermore, it went on to say that, “Whilst some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.”
After the interview, Piers Morgan decided to leave ‘Good Morning Britain’ after receiving backlash for saying he does not “believe a word” that Markle said during the interview.
However, she saw plenty of support. Both Beyoncé and former First Lady Michelle Obama showed an outpouring of support with the former thanking her for her courage.
