Orlando Brown Demands Starring Role In ‘That’s So Raven’ Reboot

Published: Sunday 30th Oct 2016 by David

After he accused her of terminating a child he claims to have fathered, the actor Orlando Brown has reached out to Raven-Symone to ask for a starring role in her reboot of their hit show ‘That’s So Raven.’

It’s a serious situation, because, you know, we have fans all around the world that love the whole cast. We did what we had to do to make a historical moment happen, I don’t think it would happen without all of us.

He shared the message above via the visual shared here.

The show, which was originally called ‘Absolutely Psychic’ was ushered into the Disney family as its content war with Nickelodeon intensified in the early 00s.

Credited for extending Symone’s household name status following her short but impactful time on ‘The Cosby Show’, the series came to an end in 2007 following a ratings-rocking four year stretch.

A premiere date for the reboot, which will follow Raven’s life as she ventures into her motherhood and psychic magic, is yet to be announced.

    • Jackson October 30, 2016

That’s a lie. People were actually excited about the reboot announcement.

I read Orlando Bloom and thought WTF, surely he is bigger than that. Then I saw the bit about her terminating his child, and I was like what the hell did I miss?

  9. Mark111 October 30, 2016

They are going to write him off with the quickness. Fame is a monster.

  10. Kwinzy October 30, 2016

Still remember when he tried to eat out his girl’s fur burger on camera to make it go viral. Desperate ass nicca. And let’s all stop pretending like this reboot is gone elevate Raven herself outta irrelevance. I’m getting Countess Vaughan to Brandy’s “Zoe Ever After” flashbacks and I’m sure season 2 won’t ever see the light of day.

    • Danzou October 30, 2016

Zoe was cool. You didn’t like?

      • Jackson October 30, 2016

The public kept an open mind toward Brandy’s sitcom, but it was cheesy. Perhaps it’ll be funnier in its second season. Then again, you know how messy BET is.

      • Danzou October 30, 2016

I just think she put herself into a box with it. Hit shows always get better after the first season. It shouldn’t have been on BET. It should’ve been on Fox or nbc or something.

      • Kwinzy October 30, 2016

It had its moments but overall the casting was a miss. I swear I chuckled only once or twice. The gay dude was annoying and her assistant planning out a wedding date with no man wasn’t believable. Still a Brandy stan tho…

    • Credits October 30, 2016

Nah, Abc and Disney seem to get their sitcoms right, unlike BET. So I have hope for this.

      • jackson October 30, 2016

I agree. The gay character was very sterotypical. Like I said, it was cheesy.

    “Thats so Not Gonna Happen”

  12. Kylizzle187 October 30, 2016

Lord help him! Couldn’t watch the whole interview without getting irked. He’s definitely high on something, or might be bi polar?!

  13. Credits October 30, 2016

I don’t know if I can see her playing a mother though…they should have just made her a college student or a single 20 something figuring out what to do with her life–kind of like her other show “state of Georgia”

    • Lauded October 30, 2016

I agree with you. I dont buy raven as a mother. It wouldve been great if they continued the show on another network. Same characters, different premise. This show wouldve worked great as an adult sitcom.

      • jackson October 30, 2016

Yeah, I think they’re moving too quick with that move. The show may focus on her children, instead of her this go-round. Hopefully, there will be a marathon of thats so raven prior to the premiere of the show.

  14. Jamie October 30, 2016

I never watched this show for his hot sweaty ass of a mess anyway. Raven will do just fine.

  17. Coolness October 31, 2016

I am UPSET! He’s clearly on that crackpipe and it’s definitely messed him up. Such a shame because he seemed like such a sweetheart so many years ago that I thought would grow up to be a nice respectable young man.

  18. Matthew October 31, 2016

All I can think is…”YA NASSSSSTY”

  19. Starxavi October 31, 2016

As long as Chelsea makes an appearance on the show I’m good…I don’t need or use Orlando. Never thought he was a good actor. I question the idea of Raven being a mother but at the end of the day this is still a children’s show….so there has to be children.
