Watch: Lady Gaga & Lin-Manuel Miranda On ‘Actors on Actors’

Lady Gaga‘s stellar performance in ‘A Star is Born’ will- should the performer get her way- see her walk away with an Oscar or two by the time next year’s ceremony draws to a close.

Only right then, with this in mind, that she gives the voting committee insight into the performance with appearances on platforms which give her ample room to lift the lid on her movie magic.

Her latest? An insightful conversation with ‘Hamilton’ mastermind Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Looking back on my career, I created all these characters for each of my albums, because I was not an actress. I created the star of my own movie, and that was it. When I have created characters on my own through my music, I have complete control. When you’re dealing with a script, costume department, props department, set design, lighting and producers, you have to collaborate with other people

The coolest thing about Gaga’s success with ‘Born’ is that it serves as a reminder that the possibilities are endless for any artist willing to step out on faith and try something different.

For, there’s no denying her sales as a Pop star have been plummeting as a result of changing trends and an industry which is now less inclined to invest in superstars at her level.

So, watching her soar this high outside of music (with music) is fascinating!

    hahaha that b**** isn’t getting anywhere near an Oscar. like seriously there have been some amazing performances by actually talented actresses.
