Tamar Braxton’s Ex-Husband Vince Herbert Facing Eviction & Bad Check Lawsuits

Vince Herbert, ex-husband of ‘Love & War’ singer Tamar Braxton, has been battling headlines of highly publicized money woes for the past couple of years (click here to read more).

With war waged on the once praised record executive’s finances by the IRS, his former record label homes, and more, now reports have it his real estate ventures are under siege.

According to court documents obtained [stating] Vince Herbert is being sued by a company called NK Real Estate Investments.

The suit claims Herbert entered into a one-year lease over a Los Angeles condo back in December 2018. Herbert was supposed to pay $37,000 a month but allegedly did not pay in February. He was served last month with a three-day notice to pay rent or quit.

The company sued Herbert for the unpaid rent of $38,850, plus other costs. [source]

That’s not all.  Similar reports have surfaced indicating the 46-year-old wrote multiple checks (totaling $10,000) to a woman who said they failed to process.  Yikes!

The news above comes less than a week after ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star, Peter Thomas (ex husband and current friend of Cynthia Bailey), was detained in Miami for issuing bad checks.  Click here to read more on that.

      She owes too though. Its not like the debt is solely his because they are still married and these contracts were signed before they filed separation

    37K for a condo? He is stupid. He could have rented a mansion for 1/3rd that much and AirnB’d every room out to pay the rent and his bills.

    I wonder how he convinced them to give him a lease at $37k/month. He must have some money coming in from somewhere.

    At any rate, I don’t see what was wrong with an apartment for $3.7k/month.
