Now, per a new report, Warner Bros may be looking to gift the Bajan belle her next big role.

According to We Got This Covered, RiRi is said to be on the studio’s internal list of names in contention to play Poison Ivy in the next Batman movie.
No word on whether a formal offer has been extended to the 31-year-old, but early murmurs has made DCEU enthusiasts excited. Especially as Ms. Ivy hasn’t been present on screen since 1997.
Rih’s filmography has generated varied results, with some titles fairing better (‘Oceans 8’) than others (‘Battleship’).
Still, as the likes of Beyonce with ‘The Lion King’ and Lady Gaga with ‘A Star Is Born,’ there ample marketing potential in attaching a major Pop star to a flick. So, it definitely would be a great look on paper for all parties.
Perhaps, just perhaps, that may bring with it the new music folk are thirsty for from Ms. Fenty too.

I think her and Beyoncé are pretty much music at this point. Could be the behind the scenes stuff, the politics or just lack of caring anymore but they seem over it. I noticed Beyoncé was just tired of it all during Coachella. She seemed robotic and just going through the motions. I noticed Rihanna kind of over during the “ANTi” era and considering all the s*** that went wrong, understandable. She also made f****** killing in the last few years during everything but music so…why not leave music for a while ??♂️.

I can see this for her. I think she has room to grow as an actress but she’s still young and new at it. She did really well in Guava Island. She very enigmatic on screen. Poison ivy is a good chance to play a character.
