Today brings with it the release of Netflix‘s rousing new rom-com ‘Resort To Love.’

The fun-filled film sees Christina Milian star alongside Jay Pharoah and Sinqua Walls – who play brothers at differing ends of the relationship spectrum with her character Erica.

After a setback in her burgeoning music career, the singer is bamboozled into performing at the destination wedding of her ex Jason (played by Pharoah). She’s then tasked with navigating lingering emotions from the past and embracing possible flame with Caleb (played by Walls).

Ahead of the film’s arrival on the streamer, That Grape Juice‘s Chet Kincaid caught up with the stars who dished on the film in earnest.

Will Smith is no stranger to onscreen transformations and his latest may be one of his most unique yet.

The superstar takes center stage in ‘King Richard’ – the real-life narrative of Richard Williams, the father of tennis legends Venus and Serena Williams.

Viewers are promised a raw and resonating insight into the familial beginnings of one of the most iconic surnames in sports.

The Warner Bros production chronicles Richard’s story as he draws on his vision, perseverance, and unconventional methodology to take his family from the streets of Compton, California to global superstardom.

Directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green, the film sees Smith joined by Aunjanue Ellis who plays the girls’ mother, Oracene “Brandi” Williams, Saniyaa Sidney in the role of Venus Williams, and Demi Singleton as Serena Williams. Tony Goldwyn also appears as coach Paul Cohen.

Christina Milian takes the lead in Netflix‘s new rom-com, ‘Resort To Love.’

In the film – which is produced by Alicia Keys – the multi-hyphenated star plays rising singer Erica.

By happenstance, she unintentionally agrees to perform at her former fiancé’s wedding on a luxurious Mauritius island resort.

While navigating a tricky spot in her music career, she’s also tasked with keeping her past relationship with Jason (played by Jay Pharoah) hidden from his bride-to-be Beverly (Christiani Pitts).

The fun-filled film follows Erica as she explores rekindled feelings, a possible new romance with Jason’s brother Caleb (Sinqua Walls), and more.

That Grape Juice caught up with Milian ahead of the flick’s July 29 release on Netflix.

The LeBron James-led ‘Space Jam 2: A New Legacy’ (in theaters now) may be the reigning box office champion, but that doesn’t mean the animated sports comedy can be classified an all-around winner.
