His latest guest was controversial rapper, Boosie Badazz; a name synonymous with making shocking and offensive remarks about homosexuality and people of Trans experience.

Clearly fed up with the MC’s comments, Tyson seized the moment to square up to him and check him.

Following the successes of BLACKPINK (‘Light Up the Sky’), Beyoncé (‘Homecoming’), Lady Gaga (‘Five Foot Two’), and Taylor Swift‘s(‘Miss Americana’) respective Netflix ventures, Shawn Mendes is the latest Pop star to nab his own documentary with the streaming giant.

Titled ‘In Wonder,’ the Grant Singer-directed film (due November 23) is not only set to chronicle the Canadian hitmaker’s meteoric rise to fame but also give a sneak peek at the creation of his new album, ‘Wonder’ (due on shelves December 4).

‘Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom’ dances onto Netflix this December.

Anchored by Viola Davis, the production is set in the 1920s and chronicles the life of Blues singer Ma Rainey.

Based on the acclaimed August Wilson‘s play of the same name, the movie will explore issues of race, music, relationships, and the exploitation of Black recording artists.

Directed by George C. Wolfe and produced by Denzel Washington, ‘Ma Rainey’ also stars Chadwick Boseman. The film as the last performance from the much-loved actor, who passed away in August.

Jennifer Hudson steps into the iconic shoes of Aretha Franklin in MGM‘s hotly anticipated biopic ‘Respect.’

Named after the legend’s classic of the same name, the film will chronicle the life of the trailblazer.

With Hudson being handpicked by Franklin herself, the film promises a candid look at one of music’s most revered talents.

Set for a limited theaters on December 25, ‘Respect’ will land in cinemas everywhere officially on January 15th (Martin Luther King weekend).

Before then, Entertainment Weekly have unveiled a number of stills from the Liesl Tommy directed film – which is already receiving Oscar buzz.
