Tiffany Haddish keeps the funny coming in her latest film ‘Like A Boss.’

The comedienne is joined by Rose Byrne in the flick, which sees them star as best friends (Mel and Mia) who run a cosmetics company they’ve built from the ground up.

Drama ensues when they realise they’re knee-deep in financial peril and a tempting buyout from ruthless cosmetics giant Claire Luna (played by Salma Hayek) places their lifelong friendship and business jeopardy.

Jennifer Lopez is undeniably the hardest working woman in show business.

Shortly after wrapping season 3 of her hit NBC reality competition series, ‘World of Dance,’ the diva jetted across America on the wildly successful ‘It’s My Party’ tour.   Upon its completion she hopped right into promo mode for the highly-anticipated flick, ‘Hustlers’ (in theaters September 13). Tackling radio, Web, and television, Lopez has left no stone unturned as she’s visited ‘Good Morning,’ ‘Michael, Sara, & Keke’ to Buzzfeed, ‘Variety,’ and more in the movie’s support.

Most recently blitzing through her hometown of New York City to dish on the Lorene Scafaria-directed female empowerment film, the 50-year-old was reduced to tears as hosts praised her performance.  In addition to addressing the overwhelmingly positive reviews, she responded to rumors of Oscar buzz and those pesky Super Bowl 2020 murmurs (which she only heightened with her recent NFL endorsement seen here).

Those already having a hard time letting go of FOX’s game-changing hit series, ‘Empire,’ as it takes its final bow were dealt yet another crushing blow when its star Terrence Howard announced he is set to retire from acting.

Ahead of the premiere of the show’s sixth and final season (September 24), Howard and his fellow Academy Award-nominated co-star Taraji P. Henson have been blazing the promo trail in its support.  Dishing on everything from the close of the “Cookie & Luscious” love story to life without Jussie Smollett on set, the duo were very open with the press about the negativity that’s plagued the Lee Daniels-helmed show over the last year.

Later, when quizzed by our friends at ExtraTV on what’s next for him given his already storied career that’s delved into film, television, Broadway, and music, the 50-year-old dropped a bombshell.

Nine lucky cities will host media mogul Oprah Winfrey on her first tour in five years.

Sponsored by Weight Watchers, the ‘Oprah’s 2020 Vision:  Your Life in Focus’ arena tour is set for a January 4 kick off and is scheduled to touch down in U.S. hot spots Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, and more.  Winfrey took to press to discuss the inspiration behind the venture:

“What I know for sure is we can all come together to support a stronger, healthier, more abundant life — focused on what makes us feel energized, connected and empowered,” she said in a statement. “As I travel the country, my hope for this experience is to motivate others to let 2020 be the year of transformation and triumph — beginning first and foremost with what makes us well. December 20 marks the date the star-studded film adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Weber‘s Broadway classic ‘Cats’ pounces into a theater near you.

Starring Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson, Jason Derulo, Idris Elba, James Corden, Rebel Wilson, and many more familiar names, fans of any of the aforementioned can expect to see much of them in the coming months hitting the promo trail in support of the Tom Hooper-directed flick.

The latest in a string of visuals to that point comes in the form of a behind the scenes teaser released Monday (September 9).  Highlighting the fancy feline footwork of the film’s stars, the clip shows the work that went into conditioning the actors for their portrayals of cats.

 “If you told me I was going to get to be a cat, for work? What?” Swift gushed of her role of Bombalurina.

Castmate Corden echoed the sentiment:

“You’re gonna take a load of people, and they’re going to pretend to be cats,” he says in the new teaser. “Like, if you just say it out loud, it’s bonkers. But that’s where the most fun happens, really.”
